Founder

Keeley Pope founded KPMR in 2007 and has successfully recruited senior leadership talent and emerging leaders within the Media & Advertising, Marketing Services and Technology sectors throughout Australia and internationally since. Keeley launched KPMR International in 2022 to bring the KPMR brand to the UK market.

Keeley is a passionate and dedicated recruitment specialist who strives to always deliver exceptional recruitment solutions to hiring managers and candidates.

Keeley often contributes industry commentary and has acted as a judging panelist for key trade awards.

With an impressive 15 years+ of experience within her relevant sectors, and having worked in the advertising industry herself, Keeley has been a commended Finalist in the Global Recruiter Asia Pacific Awards under the Best Recruitment Consultant APAC category.
